We take care to maintain your budget while building you a beautiful, quality home. Whether you're looking for a ranch-style home, a big two-story, a simpler farmhouse style, or a pole barn home, we'll help solidify the perfect plan for you.

01

Pre-Approval & Planning

Before we can begin your home building journey, you'll need to get pre-approved. You can visit our website to get started with your pre-approval through one of our recommended loan programs. Additionally, there is a brief online survey we will send you that will allow us to understand your goals better. Once we have your survey and pre-approval we will work within your budget to come up with a plan to meet your goals. You’ll be able to send us any initial floor plan ideas you have or choose from our standard floor plans and we can start to make a custom plan just for you.

02

Contract Signing

Next, you’ll come into the office to review your floor plan and solidify a build timeline. We will get to know your lifestyle and make any suggestions on how to reflect that in your home. This is also where you will sign a contract and put down a deposit if you wish to move forward.

03

Selections

As you're finalizing your floor plan, you'll also be meeting with our designer. Throughout these meetings, you'll pick everything from your roof color to your sink faucets. You will be able to see all of your choices in-person in our design room or in our vendor's showrooms, so you can be certain you love your choices.

04

Pre-Construction

This is your final meeting before breaking ground! At this meeting, we'll confirm every detail of your build, including the timeline. We will answer any questions you may have and you'll sign off on your floor plan and selections.

05

Build

A typical build is about 150 days. Of course, this is dependent on the weather and materials. You'll get weekly emails, and photos when available, on the progress of your home every step of the way!

06

Pre-Closing & Settlement

Once we are finished with the build process and awaiting the Certificate of Occupancy, we will do a final walk through with you at your home to ensure you love it. Then we go to settlement and hand you the keys to your dream home! Stay in touch and we will see you in a year for your 1-year home walk-through.
